At Sahayatra, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Below is our refund policy:
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds may be issued for ride cancellations based on the terms agreed at the time of booking.
- If a ride is cancelled by the driver, a full refund will be processed automatically.
- Users must initiate refund requests within 24 hours of the missed or cancelled ride.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Any promotional or cashback credits are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations by the passenger.
- In case of disputes, Sahayatra’s decision will be final and binding.
